Richard studied economics and philosophy with a special focus on transformative monetary policy and social-ecological financing structures. He directly experienced that money can be a powerful driver of positive change as the CFO of a non-profit provider of solidarity-based student financing. At elinor, Richard is responsible for business development, i.e. the strategic further development of the group account in the sense of our members and our social-ecological values. On sunny days, Richard usually rides through the woods and meadows on his gravel bike, on rainy days he prefers to play his guitar. He also devotes himself to a sustainable housing project in the Sauerland region.
